As you know, the Maryland DNR has announced that there will be a 31-inch maximum Rockfish size starting this year. After much deliberation, the Tournament Committee has made the following format change to this year's 5th Annual Tiki Lee's Rockfish Open:

1. Heaviest 3 fish stringer 31" & under.
2. Tie Breaker: Combined Length of all 3 fish.

‍Two Calcuttas:

1. ‍‍$500 buy in, Longest Fish Catch & Release: We will provide an official tournament ruler. We will also provide a date sticker each day to be place on the ruler. The sticker must be on the ruler. A picture and video pan of the measured fish with sticker must be provided.
2. $500 buy in, Heaviest 4 Fish Stringer
